Stormwater from catchment to coast: modeling, mitigation and integrated management

Stormwater SA, Water Sensitive SA and the Hydrological Society of South Australia are proud to present an event to update members and other interested people on the management of stormwater from catchment to coastline, considering current efforts in modelling, management and the mitigation of negative impacts.

The event will include three technical presentations as follows:

  1. An update on the EPA SA ‘Catchment to Coast’ program (Linda-Marie McDowell, EPA SA)
  2. An overview of how integrated water management is being put into practice in Victoria (Shiroma Maheepala, Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning)
  3. An update on the Goyder Institute for Water Research stormwater interventions project and SA Water’s ongoing coastal modelling work (Milena Fernandes, SA Water)

Presentations will be followed by some drinks and nibbles, and opportunities for networking.

We look forward to seeing you there!
